They have a wide acknowledgement for the great quality and taste of their products across the market, and are currently looking for a dedicated individual to help them promote and maintain this.
They are currently expanding in a fast-paced and exciting new business venture. They are seeking a hard-working and ambitious Franchise Regional Executive to join their team to help the business to progress and become a larger and more successful business name in the UK and Europe. You must have a passion and large interest in the food and drink industry, with previous experience in restaurant management

Responsibilities
​
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handle all responsibilities before the opening including the choice of location, documents, the opening itself and recruitment.

Increase sales and profits for the company whilst monitoring how the business is developing and progressing.

Manage the budgets including food and staff costs.

Work with management to develop and control supply chain management whilst eliminating risks for the business and suppliers.

Train all staff members whilst ensuring company standards and procedures are being followed.

Create and deliver presentation packs to potential investors.

Evaluate potential investors regarding reliability, reputation, contracts and renewals.

Conduct quarterly site visits to ensure the site is running smoothly and conducting visits prior to the opening to ensure all is running as scheduled.

Identify areas of improvement across training, profit and loss and customer service.

Maintaining job descriptions and requirements to retain a high work ethic amongst staff.

Maintain payroll and payroll records as well as implementing employee benefits.

Managing Human Resource policies and requirements.

Attend workshops to make networking connections and expand knowledge.

Ideal Candidate
​

Good experience and knowledge in sales and marketing.

Good knowledge of Supply chain management, Business management and Business administration.

Previous experience in brand and project management.
-
Confident at speaking to clients and forming relationships.
-
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
-
Confident at using Microsoft office especially Excel and Powerpoint.

Excellent leadership abilities to manage a restaurant and staff team.
